We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our fantastic team in Coventry. CODE is an award-winning, independent, private provider that designs, builds & manages self-contained student accommodation.
Our two sites in Coventry, house a total of 1,461 students, with exceptional facilities.
We are looking for a reliable, experienced multi-trade technician with excellent attention to detail and pride in their work. Joining a well-established team that dedicates time to ensuring all properties are maintained to an excellent standard while providing superb customer care.
Repairing properties that are predominantly self-contained student accommodation.
You will be required to have your own vehicle and tools and may be asked to support work in Leicester & Leicester Residential Properties.
An example of some of your versatile experiences will include:
* General Property Maintenance
* Basic Plumbing
* Basic Electrics
* Carpentry
Whilst you may not have formal qualifications in all areas, we would like to see a certain level of experience in maintaining properties to a very high standard in either facilities, estates maintenance, caretaker or general handyperson capacity. Having an electrical certification could be advantageous but is not essential.
You will receive ongoing in-house training, product training, and support throughout your employment.

Hours:
* Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm - and working Saturdays on a rotation basis (usually one in three with a day to be taken in lieu the following week).
* Please note that due to our busy turnaround period, we are unable to grant holiday requests during August and September.
