You will like
The Monday – Friday 7 AM-4 PM, CNC Production Manager role itself where you will take full ownership of CNC production across 15+ machines. You will lead and develop a team of CNC Team Leaders and operators, ensuring the department delivers safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
You will have
To be successful as CNC Production Manager you will have a healthy mix of the following :
* Proven leadership experience managing CNC operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment (essential / strongly advantageous).
* Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining, programming, tooling, and process optimisation.
* Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and motivate teams to achieve production excellence.
* Hands-on experience of Lean manufacturing and leading continuous improvement projects.
* Strong understanding of OEE, SQCDP, and performance measurement tools.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to balance daily operations with long-term improvements.
