Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.

Your Job:
* Greet and serve regular guests by name whenever possible
* Have a good working knowledge of food and wine; be able to make recommendations
* Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times
* Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible
* Clean the bar and restaurant areas regularly
* Serve food and beverages to guests
What You’ll Need:
* Previous experience is essential
* Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
* Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills
* Micros experience is preferred
* Experience in a hotel setting is preferred
