Description:
Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client in the Stafford area.
This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate.
Immediate starts available.
Duties include:
1. Driving to planned collection routes.
2. Ensure thorough vehicle checks are completed
3. Ensure all paperwork is correct and physically checked
4. Assist with bin collection on-route
5. Communicate issues to the transport office efficiently
6. Effective communication with the customers, colleagues, control staff and other depots.
7. Ensuring that carriageways is left in a clean condition.
8. Maintain health and safety standards on all sites.
Requirements:
9. A successful driving assessment and company induction
10. Positive and flexible attitude
11. Previous experience is highly desirable
12. For insurance purposes No DD, IN, DR, LC, CD endorsements

£14.25 to £15.10 per hour for the first 12 weeks. Overtime available.
Monday to Friday, 6.30am starts to finish, approx. 3pm/4pm.
