Location: Banbury, OX16 (Just a 4min Walk from Banbury Cross Health Centre)
83 per hour
Sleep-In Shifts: £50 per night
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Shifts: Early shifts, late shifts, and sleep-ins (sleep-in required each night)

You'll be supporting six individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, and learning disabilities, each living in their own flat within a large, shared property. The home is ideally located-just a short walk from Banbury train station and close to a bus stop.
These individuals lead busy, active lives and are looking for support workers who can keep up with their pace and share in the joy of their favourite activities.
As a Support Worker, you'll be:
Daily Living Support: Assisting with personal care, mobility, medication, and meal preparation.
Supporting with shopping, social outings, hobbies, and more.
Bringing energy, empathy, and encouragement to every shift.
Every day will be different-and incredibly rewarding-as you help each person live their best life.
Follows support plans and ensures safety and wellbeing.
