Position Summary: The Manufacturing Technician is a hands-on role that collaborates closely with Engineering to build and test thermal products. Responsibilities include supporting all aspects of product development, manufacturing transitions, tooling design, and process development for mid to high volume production.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support engineering in designing, fabricating, and testing thermal products.
* Braze or solder thermal products and support hardware.
* Install hardware such as Heli-coils, threaded inserts, pins, and screws.
* Use initiative, imagination, and knowledge to assist with assembly processes.
* Assist in developing and qualifying production fixtures and tooling.
* Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed.

Requirements:
* Certificate from a technical school or vo-tech
* Prior experience in a production manufacturing environment (required if no certificate)
* Ability to operate hand tools (drills, drivers, etc.) and basic shop tools (press, mill, lathe, etc.)
* Metalworking skills such as machining, soldering, brazing, and welding are helpful
* Hands-on fabrication and troubleshooting experience with assembly processes and test stands is beneficial
* Ability to stay focused and complete work efficiently to support manufacturing
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
