Job Description
3. Lead mobile marketing campaigns across global markets
4. Manage paid app channels including ASA, UAC, FB, DSPs, and ad networks
5. Collaborate with country teams to plan and execute performance strategies
6. Monitor KPIs like growth, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates
7. Report campaign performance to internal stakeholders
8. Support ASO, fraud prevention, and mobile attribution initiatives
9. Test new channels and scale performance beyond current mix
10. Work with BI and analytics teams to improve tracking and efficiency
11. Contribute to creative strategy and in-app engagement plans
12. Assist with onboarding new markets into in-house mobile operations
The Successful Applicant
13. 4+ years in mobile marketing, ideally with UK and international experience
14. Hands-on with ASA, Google Ads, FB App Campaigns, DSPs, and mobile ad networks
15. Strong grasp of tracking tools like AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, and fraud platforms
16. Experience in digital performance planning and forecasting
17. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
18. Comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures
19. Highly analytical, data-driven, and tech-savvy
20. Able to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure
21. iGaming experience is a plus but not essential
22. Familiar with automation tools and marketing tech evaluation
