Responsibilities: We lead the design, development, and delivery of secure, high-performing ServiceNow solutions that support our cybersecurity and service performance ecosystems. We provide expert-level ServiceNow capability alongside deep knowledge of cybersecurity or IT operations. We support project teams with complex platform implementations, integrations, and design decisions. We build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and agree ServiceNow development approaches. We provide clear, pragmatic guidance on challenges arising from ServiceNow programmes, including new security, risk, or IT operational capabilities. We manage delivery against the ServiceNow technical roadmap within our area. We ensure all activity aligns with platform architecture, security standards, and agreed technical principles. We advise senior stakeholders on the ongoing evolution of the ServiceNow platform. We work closely with production, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions are secure, resilient, and scalable. We shape the platform roadmap and drive technical standards, embedding secure-by-design principles throughout.
