Description
The Paralegal will be:
* Assisting solicitors with litigated debt recovery and defended claims
* Preparing legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence
* Conducting legal research and compiling evidence
* Managing communication with clients and third parties
* Supporting with court documentation and file preparation
* Maintaining accurate case records and databases
* Ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal procedures
* Contributing to team initiatives and process improvement
Profile
The Paralegal should be:
* A law graduate or equivalent with up to 2 years' legal experience
* Familiar with litigation or debt recovery processes
* Confident in legal drafting and research
* Organised and detail-oriented with good time management
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
