Join Our Client's Team as a Business Administrator! *Advertised by the West End Branch!


Location: North London
Contract Type: Permanent
Annual Salary: £37, - £40,
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours)

Your Role:
As a Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organisation. This position combines traditional administrative tasks with modern business practises, all while upholding high standards of compliance and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:



1. Administrative Support: Manage company meeting calendars, office supplies, and liaise with external suppliers.

2. Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to UK laws and regulations, including GDPR and HSE.

3. Data Management: Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections while safeguarding confidential information.

4. Communication: Act as a liaison between departments to promote clear communication and collaboration.

5. HR Support: Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all personnel documents are up to date.




What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:



6. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior business administrative role.

7. Minimum A Levels or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is desirable.

8. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a knack for managing multiple projects.

10. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellent customer service.

11. An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
