We are actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team in High Wycombe, Bucks, Marlow and Aylesbury. If you are eager to work extra shifts and make your 2024 dreams a reality, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional care and support to clients in High Wycombe, Bucks, Marlow and Aylesbury (to include helping with mobility, transfers and repositioning to ensure comfort and safety.
* Work flexible shifts, ranging from a minimum of 7 hours to a maximum of 14 hours.
* Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in the field of care.
How we will support you:
* Collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing training, webinars, and NVQ training up to Level 5.
Requirements
* Must have up-to-date mandatory care training
* Must hold a valid enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
* Proven experience in a care home (UK) is essential
* Good communication skills and a caring, patient approach
