Permanent Management Accountant/Analyst job based with a successful Oldham-based company. About the RoleWe re looking for a driven and detail oriented Group FP&A Analyst to join our growing Group Finance team. Working closely with the Group FP&A Manager, you ll help ensure the business delivers on its strategic goals by enhancing the value and insights generated from our reporting and planning processes. What You ll Be DoingYou ll be involved in a wide range of activities across the finance cycle, including monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and reporting. Building strong working relationships with divisional and Group Finance teams Developing a deep understanding of our consolidation and reporting system, supporting Business Units where needed Producing high quality reporting and planning packs for the Executive Team and external stakeholders Carrying out ad hoc tasks to support the needs of the business Delivery of standardised reporting and planning packs High quality annual budgets Is actively studying or part qualified (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Has 2 3 years experience in a busy finance environment Shows a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast paced business Has strong Excel skills Understands core business and finance/management accounting processes Advanced Excel, data manipulation or financial modelling skills Knowledge of financial statement preparation and analysis, including cash flow Experience with enterprise BI or planning tools such as Power BI This company offers hybrid working, on-site parking, 25 holidays and study support.
