They are searching for a Lettings Department Manager to join their established team. This role will suit Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager who has 4 years' experience in London lettings. What They Offer Salary Package: £25,000 - £30,000 Basic / £50,000 - £60,000 OTE Commission structure: 12% on renewals & 15% on new lets Car allowance: £4,000 per annum Core patch: Neasden, Willesden, Dollis Hill, and Cricklewood Strong client base and a track record of repeat business A supportive and professional working environment The Role Build and expand Lettings business. Conduct Market Appraisals, negotiate the best fee possible and gain instructions Follow up old Market Appraisals and maintain a high conversion rate Generate new business, be pro-active and source new leads List properties from the existing database/network Manage incoming enquiries and build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries Arranging, attending viewings for prospective tenants Providing detailed viewing feedback to landlords in order to successfully garner offers Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved Building strong relationships with landlords, prospective tenants, existing tenants and colleagues Arranging and attending valuations Converting valuations to instructions No file progression - you will have an experienced administrator to deal with all paperwork Ideal Candidate 4-6 years' experience, working in the London residential market - preferably with local area knowledge Strong valuation experience Ambitious and hungry to succeed in a high-performance environment Strong negotiation and closing skills Able to build and maintain strong client relationships Holds a valid driving license and access to your own car This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and motivated Lettings Negotiator looking to maximise their earnings and career growth in a thriving agency.
