About the Role An Urban Designer is required to join an established, employee-owned architectural and urban design practice based in Bristol, Somerset. This permanent, hybrid position sits within the Architecture & Urban Design sector and is suited to an early-career professional with a minimum of one years UK experience in an urban design or architecture practice. The Urban Designer will support masterplanning and placemaking projects across a range of scales, from town centre regeneration schemes to urban extensions and strategic masterplans. Working within a collaborative Bristol studio of approximately 30 professionals, the Urban Designer will contribute to landscape-led, climate-conscious design proposals for both public and private sector clients. This role offers the opportunity for an Urban Designer to develop within a growing studio environment, supported by structured mentoring, cross-office collaboration and a clear progression framework.
