As a Head of Marketing, your roles and responsibilities will include… • Define and deliver the overall marketing strategy supporting business goals • Identify marketing opportunities and lead new product development strategies • Work with sales to improve lead generation, conversion and engagement • Provide strategic direction for all brand, PR and comms across multiple channels • Lead planning and execution of campaigns, product launches and exhibitions • Own and manage the marketing budget • Lead and develop the marketing team We’re looking for a Head of Marketing with the following skills and experience… • At least 4 years’ experience working within B2B marketing with an end user reach • Experience in manufacturing is ideal, with exposure to working at a strategic level • Professional marketing qualification, such as CIM, is preferred • Commercially business minded, with the ability to spot opportunities • Experience with digital media, social media and videography • Excellent planning skills, able to develop/manage product launches • Confident and outgoing personality, able to develop good relationships In return the successful Head of Marketing will receive a salary of £60,000 to £65,000, plus the following benefits… • Bonus based on turnover targets • 24 days holiday plus bank holidays • Private medical cover • Life assurance policy Sounds like the Head of Marketing role for you?
