About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Internal Key Account Manager to join our busy Sales team. You’ll work closely with two field-based Sales Representatives, supporting them by managing their inboxes, diaries, and customer communications, as well as booking appointments and maintaining great client relationships.
This is an office-based role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth communication between internal and external sales activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage diaries, inboxes and appointments for two Regional Sales Representatives
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up communications
• Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system
• Handle smaller accounts, ensuring regular contact and excellent service
• Process orders, quotes and updates efficiently
• Work with the wider Sales team to identify opportunities and improve account management

• Experience in account management, sales coordination, or customer service
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Positive attitude and a team player
