Westcon-Comstor is recruiting a key role in our EMEA Central Team. Comstor is a leading value-add distributor for Cisco, and this role will be part of our Centre of Excellence, playing a vital role in our Go To Market (GTM) strategy.
Reporting to the EMEA Senior Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be a creative, practical, and highly collaborative individual capable of effective communication at all organizational levels, with a focus on aligning strategies across multiple countries to drive a unified GTM plan.
The role is remote, with some travel to our offices. Ideally, candidates will be based in the UK or other European locations where we have offices, such as the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, or Portugal.
About the Role
The candidate will act as the lead for key GTM programs covering the entire Cisco portfolio, working closely with the Vendor Program Manager within our Centre of Excellence. Key programs include:
1. Cisco 360 Partner Program – serve as the custodian of GTM for this program, liaising with Cisco to understand program details and develop assets and enablement to enhance partner value. Flexibility to adapt to evolving program requirements is essential.
2. Partner Profitability – drive relevant profitability initiatives within the Cisco 360 program.
3. SMB & Managed Services Partner (MSP) – develop and implement GTM strategies for these strategic segments across the organization.
4. Digital Enablement – ensure the availability and effective use of tools to support our 'long tail' partners and to enhance efficiency and scale for our key partners.
Additional strategic marketing initiatives will be developed, with the role expected to be a key driver as directed by the EMEA Senior Marketing Director.
About You
* Numerate, bright, process-driven, with excellent attention to detail and an ability to report on program success.
* Ideally a graduate with proven marketing experience in a technology environment, including familiarity with marketing automation tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong teamwork skills, capable of leading projects and collaborating effectively, with good listening and influencing abilities.
* Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
