Carpenter Multi
Build Recruitment are currently seeking a Carpenter Multi Trader for a job opportunity covering domestic properties within North and East London.
This position will provide a van, fuel card, specialist tools and materials.
Responsibilities of the Carpenter Multi:
Completing planned and reactive buildng maintenance and repairs as a Carpenter.
Perform inspections and repairs on wooden fixtures within domestic properties
Install new wooden fixtures and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations
Kitchen and Bathroom fitting in new and void properties
Repairs to windows, doors and partitions
Covering other basic trades including painting, decorating, minor plumbing etc
About you as the Carpenter Multi:
Carpentry or Woodwork trade certificates (required)
Well-versed in building regulations and safety standards
Organized, punctual, and dependable
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
