Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience, preferably in FE or education, excellent computer skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Duties
* Managing and maintaining accurate data entry across various platforms, including Microsoft Office and MIS system.
* Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
* Organising timetables, appointments and meetings to optimise workflow
* Preparing reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required
* Assisting with organising the apprenticeship classes
* Devising and posting marketing on social media
* Supporting team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency
* Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
Experience
* Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with data entry and clerical tasks demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Demonstrate accuracy to facilitate efficient document preparation
* Good communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
* Previous experience in administrative roles involving office management or support is preferred

Pay: £18,315.00-£27,928.17 per year
