*Job Description:*
We are currently seeking an experienced *Scaffolder* to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be working on a variety of projects in and around the Bradford area, primarily on *occupied social housing properties*.
*Requirements:*
* Must hold a valid *CISRS card*
* Experience in scaffolding (minimum 1 year preferred)
* A valid *7.5 tonne driving licence* is a must
* Strong awareness of health and safety practices
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Punctual, reliable, and hard-working
* Professional conduct when working around residents and the public
*Responsibilities:*
* Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures in a safe and efficient manner
* Carrying out safety checks and inspections
* Loading and unloading scaffolding materials
* Following site instructions and health & safety regulations
* Driving a company vehicle if qualified
