Chef De P artie required for a fresh food kitchen between York and Thirsk, this is all fresh food and a good standard of dishes. Chef de partie required £30-34k + tips, parking on site. This role will be training someone to become a future sous chef, if your a chef de partie and want to be a sous chef in the near future, this role is perfect for you. You get two fixed days off each week plus a sunday evening The role As a Chef de P artie you will run a section in the kitchen, this is a small team. They serve local and seasonal meats. You will prep the fridge and cook in service. This role will include all the standard Chef De Pa rtie duties.
