We’re hiring an Email Marketing Manager to manage the email marketing for our fast-growing female cosmetics brand doing over $100,000/month in revenue through Klaviyo.
Looking for someone who can come in, optimize our flows, improve campaign strategy, and unlock more revenue through smarter segmentation, better testing, and stronger creative.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Fully manage Klaviyo: campaigns, flows, A/B testing, deliverability, segmentation, and reporting
* Build retention strategies that increase repeat purchase rate, boost AOV, and improve overall LTV
* Analyze data to understand what’s working and what’s not — and make clear decisions from it
* Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to develop scroll-stopping content and subject lines that convert
* Take ownership of performance — we're looking for someone who treats email like their own business unit
What You Should Have:
* Must have experience running email marketing for DTC e-commerce brands (7-figure+), with proven results
* Strong analytical mindset — confident in reporting, metrics, and using performance to guide decisions
* Creative approach to copy and content — you understand how to speak to a female audience in a way that sells
* Deep experience with Klaviyo
