We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Administrator to support a busy team based in London. The successful candidate must hold a DBS check (preferably on the update service).
Key Responsibilities:

* Providing general administrative support to the team

* Managing emails, data entry and document handling

* Answering calls and dealing with enquiries professionally

* Scheduling meetings and maintaining diaries

* Filing, scanning and maintaining accurate records
Key Requirements:

* A valid DBS check (essential)
\t
* Previous administrative or office support experience
\t
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
\t
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
\t
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
\t
* Able to start at short notice and commit to the full assignment
