Head Pastry Chef
We are currently looking to recruit a passionate Pastry Chef to join the kitchen brigade in this luxury 4 star hotel. As Head Pastry Chef will work with a team four in pastry producing all the hotels desserts, afternoon teas and baked goods.

The Person
The ideal Head Pastry Chef will have the following:
Previous experience as pastry chef Sous or
Hotel or restaurant experience beneficial
Fresh food kitchen experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Live locally and ideally have your own transport
