We are looking for an experienced Tractor Driver to join our team at Grounds Gardens and Trees, based in Wesham. This is a short-term, self-employed role, ideal for someone with strong machinery experience who is available to start immediately.
Position: Self-employed (2–3 weeks)
Pay: £150.00 per day (paid fortnightly)
Start date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – approx. 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
* Operating a Reform Metrac tractor safely and efficiently for grounds and land maintenance
* Carrying out mowing, slope work, and other grounds tasks as required
* Performing daily machinery checks and light maintenance
* Assisting with other site work when needed
Requirements:
* Proven experience driving a Reform Metrac tractor (essential)
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Reliable and able to start immediately
* Must be set up to work on a self-employed basis
