The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading General Contractor to appoint a CSA Construction Manager on a permanent basis, supporting the delivery of a flagship data centre project in Slough. This is a high-impact role suited to a driven and experienced leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
This is not a standard site role — we are looking for someone who can take full ownership, lead from the front, and ensure delivery against ambitious programme, quality, and safety targets.
The Role
As CSA Construction Manager, you will take responsibility for all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages on-site. You will play a critical role in driving performance, coordinating multiple trades, and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing all CSA activities on-site
* Driving programme recovery where required and maintaining project momentum
* Coordinating subcontractors and interfacing with key stakeholders
* Ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards
* Providing technical oversight across civil, structural, and architectural disciplines
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience delivering data centre projects (essential)
* Strong technical knowledge across CSA disciplines, including architectural elements
* Demonstrated ability to recover delayed or off-track projects
* A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and drive teams
* Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple workstreams
* Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
