Duties
* Provide administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
* Social media posting
* Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently.
* Support clerical functions such as scanning, and mailing documents.
Requirements
* Proficient computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Familiarity with accounting is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
