Your main responsibility will be to support our chefs with food preparation to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and presenting hot and cold food items according to Champneys standards.
* Supporting all meal periods: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
* Gaining knowledge of the Champneys Healthy Eating Philosophy.
* Maintaining high standards of work at all times.
* Keeping kitchen and work areas clean and tidy, observing food handling regulations.
* Maintaining clear communication between the Kitchen and other Departments.
