Your new roleYou'll be responsible for producing reliable financial information and helping the business understand what the numbers really mean. Working closely with both finance and operational teams, you'll provide analysis, challenge performance, and support key business initiatives. What you'll need to succeedYou will need proven experience working as a Management Accountant, ideally within a manufacturing or similarly fast-paced environment. You'll bring strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, practical insights that support decision-making. A confident communicator, you'll be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders as well as non-finance teams across the business. You'll also be highly organised, proactive in your approach, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic setting.
