What You’ll Be Doing * Tenancy Sustainability – Responsible for the housing and estate management of a small portfolio of properties * Championing Community Wellbeing: Investigate and tackle anti-social behaviour, hate crime, and tenancy fraud head-on. * Problem-Solving on the Front Lines: Investigate issues, prepare legal cases, and work alongside legal representatives as required at court hearings. * Collaborating for Change: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver real results. * Adapting with Purpose: Stay flexible and responsive to the evolving needs of our tenants and communities. About You We’re looking for someone who: * Is a natural communicator who listens, empathises, and acts. * Is experienced in ASB casework and tenancy management, with a solid grasp of housing or community settings. * Confident in legal processes and court representation. * A team player who thrives under pressure and works independently.
