The Role
* Lead an in-house team delivering planned & reactive maintenance
* Oversee compliance, audits and H&S standards
* Deliver toolbox talks and support team development
* Manage PPM schedules and reactive works
* Act as technical point of contact for senior stakeholders
* Maintain statutory compliance and workmanship standards
* Predominantly office-based with site support as required
