Flexibility is key, as shift patterns vary and are not fixed. You will rotate between the main acute hospital site and our Community Diagnostic Centres. Main duties of the job This is a varied and hands-on role, providing essential support to specialist teams across the Imaging Department. As a Radiographic Aide, you will work alongside staff in X-ray, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology, Fluoroscopy, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, CT, and MRI. You will play an active part in delivering high standards of patient care throughout these areas. You will be a valued member of the team, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with infection control guidelines. Your duties will include: Escorting patients to and from imaging areas Providing routine patient care and support Assisting clinical teams with day-to-day tasks to ensure a high-quality service Arranging appointments for imaging examinations Monitoring and maintaining stock levels to support the smooth running of the department Your contribution will help ensure that patients receive an efficient, compassionate, and seamless diagnostic experience.
