Teaching Assistant Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire (PE11) Pay: £105 - £110 per day Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Start Date: Asap Contract: Long-term to permanent About the Role Long Term Futures is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in the Spalding area, supporting pupils aged 2-19 with learning difficulties, disabilities and SEMH needs. Pupils learn in small, highly supported groups, with a strong focus on emotional regulation, independence and life skills. One Teaching Assistant role is available across both the primary and secondary sites, which are located close to one another. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting pupils throughout the school day, helping them feel safe, confident and ready to learn.
