As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our outstanding team.
Your Role:
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you’ll be responsible for producing accurate estimates, ensuring all work is correctly costed and authorised. You’ll be a vital link between our customers, insurance partners, and production teams—ensuring vehicles are repaired safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
What You'll Do:
14. Complete accurate damage assessments using Audatex
15. Liaise with insurers, engineers, and customers to agree repair authorisation
16. Work closely with the workshop to ensure seamless repair progression
17. Maintain high levels of customer service and communication throughout the process
18. Ensure repairs meet safety, quality, and manufacturer standards
What We’re Looking For:
19. ATA VDA qualification (or working towards it)
20. Proven experience using Audatex estimating systems
21. Strong understanding of vehicle repair methods and insurance processes
22. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
23. A team player who embodies integrity and takes pride in their work
