We're looking for a confident, well-presented, and exceptionally organised Customer Service Executive to join their growing team. This varied role plays a vital part in the day-to-day running of all aspects of this fast-paced business, combining customer care, office coordination, and logistics with the opportunity to explore other areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls and enquiries from both B2C and B2B customers
* Organise training logistics in collaboration with the office team
* Manage certified accounts in support of the Sales Director
* Oversee front-of-house duties, providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and clients
* Process customer orders and manage associated logistics
* Support the subscription team and respond to subscription queries
* Coordinate bookings
* Ensure smooth-running office protocols and provide general administrative support
