Theatre Practitioner – Operating Department Practitioner – SCRUB (RGN / ODP)
Position: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum. Location: Nuffield Health Plymouth Hospital, Derriford, Plymouth.
Job Responsibilities
* Work in a multi‑disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
* Use state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment and facilities
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
* Provide high‑quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
* Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
* Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training.
Qualifications
Registered with the appropriate governing body (e.g., NMC or HCPC). Hold the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including post‑registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment. Be a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
