Duties & Responsibilities Deliver monthly management accounts, forecasts, KPIs and financial analysis Manage budgets, cashflow and financial performance across the business Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with statutory and pension requirements Prepare year-end accounts, VAT returns and regulatory submissions Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decisions What Experience is Required Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in an internal finance or management accounting role Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and modern accounting systems Salary & Benefits Salary: £50,000 per annum Company pension Private medical insurance Death in service cover Free on-site parking Location This role is based in Leicester and is easily commutable from Loughborough, Market Harborough, Hinckley, Melton Mowbray, Oakham and Coalville.
