Category Manager – YTL Construction
As a Category Manager, you will work with stakeholders to identify the best ways to deliver value. You will understand the market, identify opportunities to aggregate spend across categories, and develop new sourcing opportunities. Working at an experienced level, you will ensure that all procurement activity and agreements are designed and implemented to deliver best value to the company, collaborating with partners to innovate in products and processes. You will work closely with relevant internal departments as well as our growing external supply base.
You will be degree qualified or have extensive equivalent working experience in category management of plant and fleet. In addition, you will be MCIPS accredited or hold an equivalent accreditation. You will have worked in a plant and fleet, utilities, or a heavy industry environment, with prior experience purchasing equipment and managing hire arrangements in a fast‑paced, high‑volume sector.

* Working knowledge of a range of contract types.
