EC&I Engineer – Control Systems
Location: Mirfield
Salary: £40,000 – £70,000 (DOE)
Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Office-based with site commissioning as required
We are currently working with a well-established and growing engineering business based in Mirfield, who are looking to recruit an EC&I Engineer to support the design and programming of control systems across a range of industrial projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an EC&I Engineer who enjoys being involved across the full lifecycle of projects, from design through to commissioning.
The Role:

Design and develop electrical control systems for industrial applications
*
PLC programming and configuration
*
Produce electrical schematics, control panel designs, and technical documentation
*
Support site commissioning and testing as required
*
Work closely with internal engineering teams to deliver projects on time and to specification
Skills & Experience:
*
Background in EC&I Engineering / Control Systems Engineering
*
Experience with PLC programming (brand flexible depending on background)
*
Strong electrical design experience (control panels, schematics, instrumentation)
*
Comfortable supporting site commissioning activities when required
*
Ability to work from an office-based environment
