Description Honeywell Aerospace have created an exciting opportunity to join our Configuration Management and Data Services (CMADs) team based in Yeovil. You will report directly to our Technical Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Yeovil, UK location on a hybrid work schedule. Day to day, you will work closely with the IRB chair and Engineering leadership on all aspects of the IRB Process. Managing data collection and establishing agendas, records, follow up actions, and verifying gate exit criteria. You will help coordinate planning and scheduling, act as a liaison between engineering groups, and provide data reporting for both internal and external customers. This position performs/leads day-to-day efforts in IRB support for one or more programs. Sets objectives and delivers results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area. Maintain IRB process content and work instructions .Identifying/leading efforts to improve IRB related processes and tool functionality · Communicating and influencing CMADS objectives and initiatives serving as a focal for process/tool related questions and issues to individuals inside and outside the organization · Creating, Classifying, Managing and Closing IRBs. Preparing meeting agendas, meeting minutes and actions. Ensuring readiness for the formal IRB Gate review meeting · Recording Gate Exit and IRB Closure details including votes by IRB Stakeholders. Following-up with Task Team members as meeting dates and action items approach to prevent delinquencies · Updating the Product Line Index (PLI). Supporting/Leading problem resolution efforts including RCCA techniques to prevent recurrence. Leading HON Release and Regression Testing Key skills and qualifications • Expert level of knowledge of Honeywell’s PLM tool • Degree (BSc) or 5 years equivalent experience in aerospace engineering · Good, confident communications skills.
