Business Development Associate
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + Commission
Location: UK-based (ideally with good access to London)
Remote-first with occasional office time

The Role
As the Business Development Associate, you will:
Conduct market research and identify new sectors and opportunities
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through networking, events, and outreach
Develop strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and shaping tailored solutions
Help manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to pitch, proposal, negotiation and contract preparation
Create compelling sales materials, working with internal marketing and creative teams
Track activity and performance using CRM tools
Support innovative ideas to strengthen brand presence and enhance lead generationYou'll work closely with senior commercial leaders and have direct exposure to major global brands.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
Experience in business development or a client‑facing commercial role
A confident, persuasive communication style
Strong networking and relationship‑building skills
Excellent writing ability (proposals, pitch decks, sales content)
A proactive, self‑starting mindset and strong organisational skills
Ideally, experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
Interest in any of the following: social impact, youth engagement, education, or sport
