My client, a Children's nursery in Radlett, is seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week. You will be part of a senior team and assist with training junior members. Proven experience working with children under five is required.
The setting cares for up to 75 children across four rooms. You will be responsible for a group of key children, ensuring their progress aligns with the EYFS Guidelines. You will also oversee staff in your room. Teamwork and good communication are vital, as you will keep records of progress and events.
Nursery Practitioner Role:

Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in childcare education

* Knowledge of the Children’s Act
* Experience with toddlers or preschool children
* Strong communication skills with children and parents
* Ability to interact well with children and use initiative
