A well established regional law firm is seeking experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyers to join its busy and expanding General Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a broad range of contentious matters within a supportive, professional environment offering strong career development prospects.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, with opportunities to specialise depending on your background. Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience in any of the following areas:
* Employment disputes
* Inheritance Act and contentious probate
* Contract disputes
* Civil procedure
* Shareholder and partnership disputes
* Debt recovery
* Construction disputes
* Housing, landlord and tenant disputes
* Boundary disputes
Core responsibilities include:
* Managing your own caseload efficiently and independently
* Delivering accurate, reliable work in line with risk management procedures
* Keeping up to date with legal developments and procedural changes
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts
* Contributing to the team's continued growth and reputation

Candidate Requirements
* Have broad dispute resolution experience and strong technical ability
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and sound judgment

* Work effectively as part of a collaborative team
