Crisis Recovery Worker x2
Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following positions available:
Position: Crisis Recovery Worker x2
Location: York
Rate: £16.50 per hour via Umbrella
Length: 6- 8 Weeks initially
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Key Responsibilities include:
* Support individuals in mental health crisis within a recovery-focused service
* Answer incoming calls from service users and professionals providing timely and appropriate support
* Deliver one-to-one support sessions tailored to individual needs and recovery goals
* Facilitate group support sessions to encourage peer connection and shared learning
* Respond calmly to distress and de-escalate challenging situations using appropriate techniques
Essential Criteria:
* Enhanced DBS (Adult & Child)
* Previous experience in a similar role or Mental Health Setting
