About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Teacher to join a friendly primary school in Worcestershire, supporting pupils’ learning by delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment during periods of staff absence.
This role is ideal for a qualified teacher who enjoys flexibility and working across different year groups within a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary age range
Maintain a positive, safe and engaging learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Provide feedback to class teachers where appropriate
Always uphold school’s ethos and safeguarding procedures
What we’re looking for
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in a primary school setting
Strong classroom management skills
Flexibility, reliability and a positive attitude
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
