A rare opportunity has arisen for a Structural Engineer to join a well-established structural engineering consultancy in Worthing.
The successful structural engineer will have the opportunity to work on a range of bespoke residential projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and listed buildings. The role offers the chance to be involved in technically interesting work with a close-knit and supportive team.
Key Structural Engineer Responsibilities:
* Structural design in timber, steel, concrete, and masonry
* Preparing calculations and technical drawings
* Liaising with architects, contractors, and clients
* Attending design meetings and site visits as needed
* Supporting project delivery from concept to completion
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
* 3+ years' experience in building structures (residential experience is beneficial)
* Comfortable using structural design software
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Keen to work in a collaborative and detail-driven environment
