About the role
TheFacilitiesManagementProjectManagerprovidesstrategicleadershipfortheoptimisationofKFCUK&Ireland’sfacilitiesmanagementsystemsandcomplianceframework,deliveredthroughtheFacilitiesManagementproviderforour270+Equityownedrestaurants.Accountableforoverseeingtheend-to-endimplementationandcontinuousenhancementoftheCAFMsystem,theroleensuresfullPPMcomplianceacrosstheestatewhiledrivinginitiativesinternallytoelevatetheprocessestodelivercommercialimpactinrelationtoRepairandmaintenance.Actingthroughstrongsupplierpartnerships,theProjectManagerdrivesoperationalexcellence,data-ledinsight,andcross-functionalcollaborationtodeliverlong-termvalueforthebusiness.
What you’ll do
Strategic Leadership & Ownership
* Leadthedesign,deployment,andoptimizationoftheCAFMsystemtotransformhowfacilitiesandassetdataaremanagedacrossallourequityownedsitesthroughmanagingandstrategicallyleadingourmaintenanceprovider.
* Actasastrategicpartnertoseniorleaders,identifyingopportunitiestoenhanceefficiency,compliance,andcosteffectivenessandledtheend-to-enddeliveryoftheseinitiativesthroughstrongcrossfunctionalleadership.
* Anticipateandsolvecomplexcross-functionalchallengesacrossOperations,Riskandcompliance,LegalandFinance,ensuringsustainablesystemperformanceandadoptionofthenewandexistingprocessesrelatingtorepairsandmaintenance.
* Drivelong-termvaluecreationthroughstrategicplanning,riskmanagement,andproactivegovernanceofourfacilitiesmanagementprovider.Owningtheoverallprojectmanagementanddeliverables.
Operational Delivery & PPM Compliance
* Partnercross-functionallywithsuppliers,fieldteams,finance,safety,andbrandoperationstoensuremaintenanceprogramsareexecutedefficiently,safely,andconsistentlyacrossallmarkets.
* Overseethemonitoringofmaintenanceperformance,contractorcompliance,andserviceleveloutcomesthroughadvancedanalyticsanddashboardingtools.Translatecomplexdataintoactionableinsightsthatinfluenceoperational,financial,andbrandoutcomesacrosstheorganization.
* Leveragesystemintelligencetoidentifyemergingperformancegapsandrootcausesacrossvendors,geographies,andassetcategories.Leadcross-functionalactionplansthatimprovereliability,reducestwealthvariability,andstrengthenoveralloperationalresilience.
* Championthesimplificationandstandardizationofmaintenanceprocessesandtools,ensuringconsistentexecution,dataintegrity,andaccountabilityacrossallrestaurants.

* Leadtransparentanddata-drivencommunicationwithseniorleadershipandcross-functionalsteeringcommittees,providingvisibilityintoperformancemetrics,projectrisks,andbusinessimpact.

Experience
* Strongexperienceinprojectmanagementorfacilitiesoperations,ideallywithintherestaurant,retail,orhospitalityindustry.
* ProvensuccessinimplementingandoptimizingCAFMorenterpriseassetmanagementsystems.
* StrongunderstandingofPPMcompliance,maintenancescheduling,andoperationalperformancereporting.
* Demonstratedabilitytotakefullownershipofcomplexprojects,balancingstrategicforesightwithdeliveryexcellence.
* Skilledinstakeholdermanagement,changeleadership,andcommunicationacrossdiverseaudiences.
* Highlyanalytical,withproficiencyinPowerBI,ERP/CAFMsystems,andperformancedashboarding.
* ProjectManagementcertification(PMP,PRINCE2,orequivalent)preferred.
