As an
Associate Account Manager
at Convera, you'll be responsible for managing a high-value portfolio of international clients within our Global Employer Services segment, typically worth around
$3M in annual revenue
. You'll play a key role in helping clients execute cross-border payments, including pension disbursements, lump sum drawdowns, and investment transactions, as well as global workforce payments.

You Will Be Responsible For
* Own and grow a high-value portfolio: Develop and execute account strategies to exceed revenue targets through upsell, cross-sell, and new business acquisition.
* Identify and pursue growth opportunities: Use data, insights, and client conversations to uncover unmet needs and propose tailored solutions.
* Build strategic relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, understanding their business goals and aligning Convera's offerings accordingly.
* Act as a client advocate: Ensure client needs are prioritized internally and that issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
* Collaborate across teams: Partner with product, compliance, and operations to deliver seamless, compliant payment experiences.
* Represent the brand: Deliver compelling presentations and communications that reinforce Convera's value and expertise.

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales—ideally in payments, FX, financial services or tech.
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate client needs into actionable solutions.
* Comfortable working with KPIs and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
* A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
