About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students aged 11-19 with a range of complex learning needs, including autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and other associated conditions. Your responsibilities will include:
Capable of using a range of strategies to engage pupils and maintain positive behaviour standards.
Supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to deliver engaging and exciting learning experiences.
Being a flexible, motivated and a caring individual who has a passion for children with SEN.
Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities.
