The Technical Service Engineer is responsible for Engineering, Warranty Management, Consultancy, Sourcing, Guarantee Management and other value stream activities.

Responsibilities include
1. Evaluate and review repair quotations to ensure cost are fair and equitable e.g. contract enforcement, warranty optimisation, tactical cost reduction/avoidance opportunities.
2. Identify opportunities for cost of ownership reduction e.g. alternative placement, special projects
3. Reporting of saving performance.
4. Achieving or exceeding contractual customer requirements.
5. Work as part of a team in the Value Engineering function and wider Customer Support and Supplier Management teams.
